Press Machine Stamping Safety Experience Device
Developed independently by Wuhan Anbang Zhiyuan, this equipment is a standardized, immersive training device for stamping machinery hazards. It is specially designed for machining, hardware stamping, equipment manufacturing, vocational colleges, and corporate safety experience centers. The device features a 1:1 replica of an industrial press machine's operational structure with a full low-voltage safe simulation, eliminating any real risk of stamping injuries. It integrates video teaching, theoretical examination, stamping body-sensation simulation, protective device training, automatic violation scoring, and data archiving into one unified system. Targeting high-incidence workshop accidents such as hand-crushing and disabling squeeze injuries, it provides powerful warning education to solve the pain points of traditional safety training, which is often purely theoretical and leaves employees without a direct perception of risk.
The entire machine adopts an integrated cabinet structure with bottom omnidirectional wheels for easy movement. It is equipped with a 21.5-inch industrial touch screen, a PLC intelligent control system, infrared safety light curtains, simulated stamping molds, and simulated human arm models. This makes it perfectly suited for three-level safety education for new corporate employees, pre-job training for special operations, and routine practical training in safety exhibition halls.
Key Features
1. Safety Knowledge Teaching Module
Accident Case Studies: Built-in animations and video courseware of press shop accidents, demonstrating typical hand-crushing incidents caused by single-handed operation, removal of protective gear, illegal material retrieval, and cleaning molds without shutting down the machine.
Operational Standards: Comprehensive explanations of press machine safety operating regulations, daily equipment inspection routines, mold replacement standards, and key inspection points for protective devices.
Popular Science Education: Graphic and textual illustrations explaining the disabling consequences of stamping and squeezing injuries, occupational injury laws and regulations, and on-site emergency response procedures.
2. Online Theoretical Examination Module
Specialized Question Bank: Equipped with a dedicated stamping safety question bank, including single-choice, multiple-choice, and true/false questions. Trainees automatically enter the assessment after learning.
Assessment Content: Covers press operation standards, protective device usage, equipment maintenance safety, and emergency shutdown procedures.
Smart Data Management: The system automatically scores tests and displays detailed analysis for incorrect answers. Examination data is bound to the trainee's identity for archiving, fully meeting the audit requirements of safety supervision departments and corporate training logs. It supports two modes: visitor quick experience (no login required) and corporate employee profile creation via QR code scanning.
3. Stamping & Squeezing Body-Sensation Simulation (Core Feature)
Standard Compliant Operation Demonstration: When both hands press the start buttons simultaneously, the slider executes the stamping process. No limbs enter the hazard zone during the entire process, and the system judges the operation as qualified.
Violation Hand-Crushing Accident Simulation: Simulates single-handed activation or extending hands into the mold area prematurely. The slider moves downward to squeeze the simulated fake hand, visually demonstrating the entire process of a crushing injury, synchronized with accident warning sound effects.
Protective Device Failure Training: By intentionally blocking or removing the safety light curtain, the equipment continues its stamping movement normally without protection. This allows trainees to contrast this dangerous scenario with the automatic emergency stop effect achieved when the light curtain functions properly.
Post-Experience Analysis: At the end of the experience, the system automatically pops up a window to analyze accident triggers and corrective measures, heavily reinforcing the awareness of "red-line" operations.
4. Violation Identification & Emergency Response Training
Real-time Violation Tracking: The system captures all illegal operations in real time—including single-handed starting, crossing safety boundaries, blocking light curtains, cleaning molds without stopping, and maintaining equipment without locking the slider—recording and deducting points for all infractions.
Emergency Stop Practical Training: Pressing the emergency stop button while the stamping is in progress immediately locks the slider, training employees to perform rapid shutdown operations during sudden dangers.
Hazard Identification Interaction: The screen displays real-world photos of a stamping workshop, and trainees tap to identify safety hazards within the images.
