Crane Practical Operation Experience Equipment is an integrated special equipment training system for lifting machinery that fuses a physical simulation console with immersive VR virtual reality. It covers simulation teaching for five mainstream types of hoisting machinery: tower cranes, overhead travelling cranes, gantry cranes, truck cranes, and crawler cranes.
Powered by a self-developed physical dynamics simulation engine, it replicates the actual control feel, mechanical inertia, and load dynamic feedback of real machines 1:1. This allows trainees to complete the entire practical training process, hazard warning education, and standardized skill assessment for crane operators and signal commanders under a safe environment with zero altitude, zero lifting, and zero damage risks.

1. Theoretical Teaching Module
Embedded with a complete set of standardized textbooks for hoisting machinery, including crane structural principles, load specifications, safety operation regulations, lifting command standard hand signals, safety sign identification, and graphic/video analysis of typical lifting accident cases. Trainees can conduct autonomous learning before operating the machine, and the system automatically records the learning duration to consolidate their theoretical foundation.
2. Basic Operation Training Module (Zero-Basis Entry)
Step-by-step training categorized by machine types: hook lifting, jib slewing, trolley luffing, traveling alignment, hoisting point positioning, smooth hook lowering, and load estimation. The practice mode provides full voice and pop-up window guidance, correcting the operation amplitude, speed, and braking timing in real time to help zero-basis trainees quickly master smooth lifting techniques.
3. Standard Lifting Operation Training Module
Recreates real working conditions across building construction, municipal engineering, ports, and factories: steel bar and template lifting, equipment component transfer, precise multi-story unloading, and multi-station cyclic lifting. It simulates materials of varying weights, different operating heights, and narrow restricted spaces to cultivate regulated, smooth, and highly efficient working habits.
4. Complex Conditions & Dual-User Collaborative Command Module
Severe Environment Simulation: Simulates heavy winds, torrential rain, dense fog, night low-light, and strong glare/backlight environments. In high-wind states, the suspended load swings violently, testing the operator's emergency anti-sway skills.
Dual-User Joint Teaching: One person operates the crane while another simulates the signal commander. Non-standard hand signals, vague commands, or command errors will directly trigger load collisions or unbalance accidents. The system provides simultaneous explanations of standard command specifications to train both the driver and the commander.
Multi-Crane Cross-Operation: Cross-operation avoidance training for multiple cranes working in the same construction site to eliminate the risk of mutual collisions.
5. High-Risk Accident Warning Education Module (Core Feature)
Immersively recreates high-frequency fatal accidents in the lifting industry. Trainees experience the whole process from a first-person perspective, paired with physical haptic impacts to deepen safety awareness: jib bending due to overloading, wire rope snapping from diagonal pulling/lifting, hitting pedestrians in blind spots, crane overturning due to illegal operation in high winds, falling object impacts, top-clashing due to limit switch failure, and lateral roll-over from unbalanced lifting points. After an accident, the system automatically reviews the root causes, rectification standards, and preventive measures to eliminate simple sermon-style safety education.
6. Intelligent Standardized Assessment Management Module
Fully aligned with special equipment operator testing standards, supporting individual specialized testing, comprehensive practical assessment, and batch student unified evaluation. The system automatically captures all operational data and scores from multiple dimensions: operational compliance, load control, risk avoidance, placement accuracy, and emergency response.
It generates an electronic assessment report with a complete log of the operation process, which can be exported for archiving to meet the training log traceability requirements of construction and emergency management departments. Instructors can customize the assessment question bank, deduction criteria, and training duration via the backend.
