1. Full-Scenario Accident Replication (Three Core Scenarios)

  • Falling Without a Safety Belt: Simulates wall operations at a height of 50 meters. When the safety belt is unfastened or incorrectly buckled, the platform drops instantly. Combined with the rapid visual plunge of VR and the tight jerking impact of the safety belt, it delivers a direct and powerful warning about the importance of this "lifeline."

  • Falling from Openings & Edges: Replicates dangerous scenarios such as elevator shafts on construction sites, building edges, and gaps in scaffolding. Trainees experience the terrifying sensation of stepping into empty space and losing weight, reinforcing their awareness of opening protection and edge warnings.

  • Falling due to Scaffold/Formwork Collapse: Simulates scenarios involving illegal climbing on unprotected formwork towers or structural instability of scaffolding. The system simultaneously triggers platform tilting and dropping, allowing users to experience the chain-reaction risks caused by structural failure.

2. Immersive Experience Closed-Loop (Three Main Phases)

  • First-Person Immersion: Users enter the virtual high-altitude scene from a first-person perspective, utilizing VR controllers to perform actions like climbing and moving. Non-compliant actions instantly trigger a fall, with visual graphics, physical sensations, and audio effects perfectly synchronized 1:1.

  • Third-Person Replay: After the experience concludes, the system automatically replays the entire accident sequence from a third-person perspective. It clearly highlights the specific moments of violation and the trajectory of the fall, making it easier for instructors to review and explain.

  • In-Depth Accident Analysis: The system features built-in analysis explaining the causes of the accident, comparing compliant vs. non-compliant operations, and teaching preventive measures.
